Refund policy

Cancellation:

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours. We request you to write in to info@currystudioshop.com or contact: +919007357323. In case payment has been made, the refund will be processed via Razorpay within 2 working days. Pls note, the bank may take 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Returns & Refunds:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email along with at least 3 images of the content(s)/product(s) with its outer box/carton/packaging intact, within 24 hours of the product been delivered. The customer will have to write in to info@currystudioshop.com with their Name and Order ID and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
